Do you require a deposit to secure a booking?
Yes, all regular sessions require a $50 deposit to secure your booking
How long will it take to receive my images?
My turnaround time for standard albums is 4- 6 weeks, but I do my best to deliver quicker. USB + print packages generally arrive 2 weeks after
How many images will I receive?
Each package has a set amount of images included in the investment. Full album upgrades are available at $150 per session. The more you enjoy your session, the more images we will produce!
Can we purchase any keepsakes through you?
Yes of course!
I do post out a beautifully packaged USB with a small collection of 6x4 prints, but you do have the option of purchasing more keepsakes if you wish
What if the weather is bad?
If it's pouring rain, or severe heat, we can re-schedule your booking. I keep an eye on the weather leading up to your session + will be in touch if we need to reschedule
What if we need to reschedule?
Not a problem at all! I completely understand that life stuff happens. If you can, please give 48 hours notice before cancelling or rescheduling
Do you decide what location?
I do have a list of favourite locations you can chose from, but I also send a client questionnaire so we can discuss locations that will be perfect for your session. I love when clients suggest locations!
Do you offer sessions outside of Adelaide?
Yes! I love travelling South Australia. A small travel fee may be required
Do you share all images on social media?
A client questionnaire will be sent out at the time of booking your session, which will ask if you are comfortable with me sharing on social media. I completely respect your decision if you wish for me to keep these private
